| 摘 要： | 城市景观因城市空间扩展和建设活动的空间非均衡性而存在景观生态空间分异，而建筑与城市景观生态关联密切，且明显影响城市景观生态的空间分异．因此，基于城市景观生态空间分异进行建筑的生态优化，其中设计优化是重要途径之一．文章论述了城市景观生态在区域、建成区和场地3种尺度上的空间分异表现，阐明了建筑与城市景观生态的关联特征，以及基于城市景观生态空间分异进行建筑生态优化的必要性，并提出了建筑生态的设计优化基本原则．
