触媒中氧含量对人造金刚石合成效果的影响

摘    要:就Ni_(70)Mn_(25)Co_5合金触媒材料中的氧含量对合成金刚石的影响进行了研究,并对氧在合成过程中的行为和影响机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明,触媒中氧含量降低,会提高其催化效果。

Abstract:The effect of oxygen content in Ni70Mn25Co5 catalyst on synthetic diamond was inves-tigated in the present work,and the behavior and mechanism of the oxygen in the syntheticprocess of a man-made diamond was studied.The experimental result shows that oxygencontent in the catalyst decreases the efficiency of a synthetic diamond.
