摘    要:当今世界羽毛球比赛对运动员的体能要求相当高,为了适应比赛要求,应该从青少年开始进行系统的身体素质训练.羽毛球运动的身体素质训练应从3个基本出发点考虑:首先,根据全国乃至世界比赛赛制的需要;其次,根据专项的特点和需要,其动作形式、节奏等愈接近专项愈好;最后,还要符合运动人体科学理论的原则和要求.

Abstract:Nowadays, badminton competition around the world is physically highly demanding for athlete. Meet this requirement, systematic training needs to be undertaken among teenagers. The starting point for physical fitness training in badminton should be as follows. Firstly, it should de- pend on the format requirements of national and intemational competition. Secondly, characteristics and requirements of the event need to be considered. In line with the characteristics of the event, the player should try to approximate its demands in terms of the form rhythm etc of the movement. Lastly, the training should be done on the understanding of the anatomical trails and demands.
