摘    要:在分析磁致伸缩液位传感器工作原理基础上,针对磁致伸缩液位计不能进行密度测量的问题,提出多浮子相对位移测量法,在磁致伸缩液位计上实现了液体密度的在线高精度测量。同时分析了被测介质密度的变化对液位测量精度的影响,给出了液位测量的密度校正方法,进一步提高了磁致伸缩液位传感器的液位测量精度。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the principle of liquid density measurement of magnetostrictive sensor, and brings forward a multi-floater relative displacement method aiming at the viewpoint that magnetostrictive li-(quidometer) cannot measure liquid density. As a result, on-line high precision measurement on magnetostrictive liquidometer has been achieved. Furthermore, a density correction method is given on the basis of the above measurement results, in order to solve the problem of media density variation which may affect the liquid surface measurement precision. Thus, the measurement precision of magnetostrictive liquidometer has been greatly increased.
