| Abstract: | The international competition for human resources in science and technology is a contest between different Institutions of cultivating and making use of scientific and technological talents in different countries, and the gain or loss of scientific and technological talents be-tween different countries is only the superficial outcome of this competition. This paper will describe challenges to China when it takes part in the international competition for scientific talents by comparing statistic data from different countries, and then discuss how China response to them. |
