摘    要:实训教学是测控专业极其重要的组成部分,是创新人才培养的关键环节。指导教师经过多年不断地探索和优化,构建了"三个层次、四个模块、五种能力"金字塔式的测控专业实训教学体系,坚持"面点结合,双线并行"的实施方针,采用多样性的教学方法提高实训教学效果,证实了好的实训教学可以起到使学生由已有知识技能向新的知识技能迁移和过渡的桥梁作用,为高素质创新人才的培养奠定了必要基础。

Abstract:Practical teaching is one of important parts of measurement and control technology, and al- so is the key link to train innovative talents training. The pyramid practical teaching system with " three levels, four models and five abilities" has been established after long term's exploration and opti- mization. The practical teaching effect has been improved by adopting multiple training and evaluation methods, and through the execution policy of " spots combined with entire areas, double parallel". The bridging character of good practical teaching that makes students to immigrate and transit to the new knowledge and skill from the mastered has been verified. In this way, the necessary base of high quality innovative person training is established.
