机电一体化创新实验平台的研发

摘    要:由于当前本科教学实验的需求,建立了一套机电一体化综合实验平台。以小型化的机床工作台为基础,通过添加不同的附件来模拟相应的设备,让学生广泛开展相关专业的综合实验。综合应用了现代机械设计、测控技术、电气自动化技术、计算机技术,提高了实验教学水平。实验台由许多的功能单一的模块组成,学生可以充分发挥想象力,选取不同模块组合来完成不同的实验功能。实践表明,该平台不仅可以完成本科相关专业的多种综合性实验,还能够为研究生的实验教学和科研工作提供理想的实验环境。

Abstract:According to the requirements to experiments of current requirement in undergraduate teaching,a mechatronics integrated platform was established.The platform which can be used to do some special research for students is based on the foundation of miniaturization machine bench to simulate special machine by adding different attachment.A lot of technology-such as modern mechanical designation,measurement and control technology,electrical automation technology and computer technology-were used to the improve teaching and experimental levels in platform construction process.The platform is combined with different models.With the imagination and creativity,students can use some models of the platform to do different researches.The practice shows that not only can the platform fulfill a variety of experiments of related specialty to undergraduate,but also provide an ideal experimental environment to teach and do research work for post-graduates.
