同面电容器中电场沿垂线方向的衰减特性

摘    要:从电位所满足的拉普拉斯方程出发,应用分离变量法研究了条状同面电容器中电场沿垂线方向的衰减特性。在极板间缝隙宽度趋于零和不为零两种情况下,导出了电位、电场强度的表达式,分析了极板宽度和极板间的缝隙对电场衰减特性的影响。

Abstract:The paper is Intended to study the attenuation character of electric field along perpendicular direction in coplanar capacitor by tile method of the seperation of variables deducedfrom the Laplace's equation.. The paper finds the expression for the electric potential and the intensity of electric field, and analyzes the effect of the size of the plane poles and the gap betweenthe plane poles on the attenuation of electric field along perpendicular direction.
