酞菁铜NO_2气敏元件的研制

摘    要:采用旁热式烧结工艺制成了酞菁铜NO_2气敏元件.该元件的灵敏度比较高,在低浓度范围内线性较好,可检测浓度为5ppm的NO_2;响应速度快(小于25s),有极高的选择性,对其它气体基本不响应,且具有一定的抗湿性.

Abstract:CuPc is a kind of organic metal compound. It has the characteristic of semiconductor because of its structure, and its resistivity changes with NO2 gas. According to this, we produced sinter type of gas sensor with indirect heater. This kind of sensor has a reletively high sensitivity to NO2 gas, and is linear to NO2 gas within low concentration of NO2 gas. It can detect 5 mg/m3 of NO2 gas with rapid response (<25 seconds). It has a good selectivity, some other kinds of gases such as NH3, H2S, CH4, CH3CH2OH etc. and humidity almost does not disturb the detecting for NO2 gas.
