摘    要:对中草药茯苓中微量元素Mn、Mg、Pb的形态进行了研究.用0.45μm滤膜将茯苓水煎液分成可溶态和悬浮态,将其中可溶态用LSA-10树脂柱分成有机态和无机态,对茯苓煎渣则用HCl和CCl4进行浸渍和提取,然后用混合酸消化法和悬浮液直接进样法分别测定各微量元素的总量,再用原子吸收分光光度法测定了3种元素各形态的含量.结果表明,悬浮液直接进样法优于混合酸消化法,Mn、Mg、Pb 3种元素主要以可溶态存在,Mg以有机态为主,Mn、Pb以无机态为主.

Abstract:The speciation analysis of trace elements includeing Mn,Mg and Pb in poria cocos wolff was studied.The soluble form and the suspend form were separated by 0.45um filter membrane,and the organic form and inorganic formwere separated by LSA-10 adsorptive resin.The residue wasdistilled with 2 mol/L HCl and CCl4.Total value of the traceelements were determined though mixed acid digest andgraphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with suspendsampling.And their contents of every state was determined byatomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that graphitefurnace atomic absorption spectrometry with suspend samplingis better than mixed acid digest.Most of the three elementswere in soluble state.Mg exits in the form of organic speciationand most of Mn and Pb exits in the form of inorganicspeciation.
