| 摘 要： | 将两次预防性更换刀具的生产过程作为一个生产周期，以周期内生产单位个合格零件各种损失费之和的期望作为目标函数，并利用计算机求得结果，对问题3，采用等概率不等间隔的检查方式,得到了模型的优化解。

| Abstract: | In this article, we have taken the work course of precautionary replacement of the cutting tools twice as a work cycle, and viewed the expectation value of various losses as the objective function for producing single standard spare parts in the cycle. And the result has been calculated with a computer. For question three, we obtained the optimum solution of the model by checking method of equal probability and unequal interval. |
