箬竹叶抑菌成分的分离纯化及结构分析

摘    要:箬竹叶干粉加1%碳酸钙,用甲醇抽提至色淡,抽提液浓缩后经石油醚萃取,水相过聚酰胺柱,用水和95%甲醇洗脱,醇洗部回收甲醇经60℃低温干燥,得红棕色结晶性粉末,该物质纸层析,硅胶薄板层析,得单一色斑,在聚酰胺柱色谱中呈单一吸吸收峰,经高压液相色普检验,单一主峰面积比例为92.31%,用盐酸镁粉检出其为黄酮化合物,经酸水解,用硅胶薄板层析检出有木糖,用Uv-vis光谱法及化学法对其结构进行分析,该化合物具有抑菌活性,水解后抑菌活性升高。

Abstract:The extract of Indocalamus leaves has lots of bioactivities.This paper introduces in detail methods of extraction,separation,purifition and analyzes the structure of the extract.The result proved by HPLC shows that the extract by methyl is a simple substance when it has been purified by polyamid chromarographey.It has also been proved by Uv-vis and chemistry that the extract is a flavonid and its molecular structure is [LJS,S(1,3,5)][JJ1,X;2,ZX;3,ZS] HO HO HO O [JJ1,LX,X;5,Y,2;6,YX] O [LJH,S(1,3,5)] OH oxylose .The extract has higher antimicrobial effect when it has been hydrolyzed.
