高精度偏心套的加工及检测

摘    要:通过对出口偏心套与国内偏心套精度要求的对比,突出地体现了制造出口偏心套的技术难点,阐述了自行研制的大型专用工艺装备的原理,根据出口高精度偏心套的几何形体特征,采取了有效而又可靠的检测方法,成功地解决了高精度偏心套加工制造和精确检测的技术课题。

Abstract:Through the comparison of the precision requirements of the exported eccentric adjusting sleeve and domestically used one, this paper describes the technical difficulties of the manufacturing of the exported eccentric adjusting sleeve, expounds the principles of the self-developed large-scale special equi pment, and according to the geometrical features of features of the exported ecc entric adjusting sleeve with high-precision, adopts some effective and reliable measuring methods to solve successfully the technical problem of manufacturing and measuring the eccentric adjusting sleeve with high-precision.
