略论高职院校中的传统文化教育

教育应当继承和弘扬中华民族优秀的历史文化传统,吸收人类文明发展的一切优秀成果。因此,肩负着培养高等技术应用型人才使命的高等职业教育,对高职生进行优秀传统文化教育也是它应尽的职责。如果高职院校学生不注重优秀传统文化的学习,缺乏应有的人文素养,不仅会影响本人的就业和工作使其职业生涯受到限制,更甚者会影响到社会的进步。因此,在高职院校中进行优秀传统文化的教育是必不可少的。可以通过提高教师自身修养、优化课程设置、开展校园文化活动来促进学生对优秀文化传统的继承。
