光合细菌的分离与生长特性初探

摘    要:从淡水、海水和厌氧生物反应器污泥中分离光合细菌,探讨其分离方法和生长特性.结果表明,平板涂布法有氧下培养适用于红螺菌科类光合细菌的分离,该类细菌在光照有氧下培养7d以上,大多能合成色素物质.光合细菌生长的适宜光照强度约为3000lx.由海水、淡水等分离源中分离的光合细菌,均能在0.1%-3%NaCl基质中较好生长.

Abstract:This paper approaches the isolation methods and growth properties ofpholosynthetic bacteria, which are isolated from freshwater, seawater and the sludge ofanaerobc reactor. The results show that plain plate smearing method is suitable to isolatephotosynthetic bacteria of rhodospiriltaceae, cultured in acrobic condition. Most of thesebacteria can synthesize pigment when they are cultured under illumination and oxygen overseven days. The appropriate illumination intensity for photosynthetic bacteria growth isabout 3 000 lx. The photosynthetic bacteria, isolated from freshwater, seawater, etc, can allgrow better in 0.1 % ~ 3 % NaCl sub-strata.
