和谐社会视野下社会主义新农村建设问题研究

The Construction of New Socialist Countryside Viewed from Harmonious Society

Constructing new socialist countryside is the great strategy for the Party Central Committee to con- struct harmonious society and solve the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.It is significant for realizing socialist harmonious society.The premise of constructing new and harmonious socialist countryside is to build up correct concept on the increasing of farmers'income;the basis is to celebrate the construction of local organizations and improve the relations between cadres and the masses;the key is to develop primary education of countryside and enhance peasants'quality;the important condition is to strengthen the supervision on the re- construction of beautiful mountains;the guarantee is to quicken the institutionalization of rural social security and remove peasants' troubles back at home.
