玻璃纤维/不饱和聚脂力学性能与固化压力关系的研究

摘    要:不饱和聚脂基玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料比环氧基便宜、工艺简单、固化快。但制造方法对这种复合材料的力学性能影响较大。为降低成本并满足工程需要,有必要对此作一比较性研究。该文用真空袋法在不同固化压力或不同的加压时机下制得试件,并测定其纵横向弹性模量和断裂韧性,其中断裂韧性由屈曲板试验给出。结果显示:真空袋法制得的试件纵向弹性模量和断裂韧性均较高,但横向特性与固化压力关系复杂。结合纤维体积含量测定和断口扫描分析,分析了复合材料纵向弹性模量测试值与混合率误差的原因。权衡力学性能和成本因素,建议了适宜的固化工艺。

Abstract:In order to meet engineering requirements and reduce the cost, a comparatively research on the influence of curing process is needed. The specimens of glass/unsaturated polyester composite here were manufactured using vacuum bag under different curing pressures or the same pressure with different curing time. The longitudinal and transverse moduli and toughnesses of the composite were characterized experimentally, in which the toughnesses were tested by buckling plate method. The results show that longitudinal modulus and fracture toughness of the specimen manufactured in vacuum pressure were larger than that of the specimen cured in non vacuum case, while the influence of curing processes on transverse properties was much more complicate. SEM and fiber volume fraction tests were also done in order to analyze the difference between theoretical and experimental results of the composite properties. A favour curing process was suggested from the mechanical behaviour and manufacturing cost.
