| 摘 要： | 针对高校社团的特点及存在的问题,结合高校的培养目标,不断加强高校学生社团的自身建设,建立健全学生社团的管理制度与运行机制,完善评价体系,打造精品社团,争取学校的政策倾斜和适当的经费支持,从而更好地加强对学生社团的引导和管理,充分发挥学生社团在高校教育中的作用。

| Abstract: | In the case of the characteristics,functions and existing problems of college student associations and the training targets of college education,this thesis points out that it is quite necessary to constantly strengthen construction of college student associations and establish a healthy managerial system and operative mechanism for the student associations.Improvement of the evaluating system for creation of excellent student associations and obtainment of college＇s policy and fund support will help to improve guidance and management of the student associations and play a full role of the student associations in college education. |
