体育教育专业学生运动营养教育效果评价

以江汉大学体育学院体育教育专业学生为研究对象,在进行运动营养教育前后对调查对象各进行一次同内容的问卷调查,对两次调查结果作对比分析.结果显示:学生经过教育后,营养知识的知晓程度有显著提高;运动营养状况有不同程度的改善;饮食行为有显著改善.因此,建议将营养学授课时间提前,通过多种途径加强对学生进行营养学教育.

Appraisal of Sports Nutritional Education Effect of Physical Education Speciality Students

Physical education speciality students of Jianghan University as the research object, were carried on the questionnaire investigation of the same content before and after the education of sports nutrition, the investigation result were compared and analysed. The result shows the rate of nutrition knowledge improved notably; the sports nutrition state is improved in various degree; the diet behavior is improved notably. Propose to advance the lessons of nutrition; strengthen nutrition education through multiple channels; carry on education frequently and strengthen the supervision; strengthen education to the sports teacher at the same time.
