硅酸锂无机富锌涂料固化剂的研究

摘    要:为提高硅酸锂无机富锌涂层的固化速度,改善漆膜性能,以硅酸锂水溶液为富锌涂料的粘结剂基料,在基料及富锌涂料中加入各种固化剂,通过浸涂方式在铁板表面涂膜干燥后分别在3%NaCl和5%NaNO3沸水溶液中进行耐水性能试验,研究了各种固化剂的加入方式、作用效果.对其作用机理进行了初步总结,提出了固化剂应具备的基本条件,为无机富锌涂料固化剂的选择及应用提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In order to enhance the curing speed of inorganic zinc-rich lithium silicate coating and improve the film properties, aqueous solution of lithium silicate was used as the adhesive base material of zinc-rich coating, and a variety of curing agents were added to the zinc-rich paint and base materials. After dip-coating on the surface of iron plate and drying, water-resistant performance tests were taken in the solution of boiling water with 3% NaCI and 5 % NaNO3 respectively. Various ways of adding curing agent and the effects were described, and the mechanism was also preliminarily summarized. The fundamental requirements for the curing agent were proposed, providing a theoretical basis for the selection and application of inorganic zinc-rich coating curing agent.
