| 摘 要： | 房地产开发与经营是工程管理专业的一个专业方向。本文从工程管理专业设置房地产方向的意义入手，对我校工程管理专业设置房地产方向的可行性、必要性及就业状况进行了分析，对我校工程管理专业设置房地产方向提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Real estate development and project is a professional direction of engineering management. This paper started with the significance of setting up real estate direction of engineering management and made an analysis of the feasibility, the necessity and the employment situation of setting up the real estate project management professional direction of engineering management in our school. At the same time, there're some advices on how to set up real estate direction in it. |
