对马耳蕨配子体不同发育阶段的光合作用特性

摘    要: 以喜阴植物对马耳蕨成熟孢子为材料,研究了对马耳蕨配子体发育4个阶段叶绿素荧光特性.结果表明:从孢子萌发到原叶体阶段,最大荧光(Fm)、初始荧光(F0)、最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、有效光化学量子产量(F'v/F'm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F0)、实际光量子产量(Yield)及光化学萃灭系数(qP)均与发育进程极显著正相关(p<0.001),非光化学淬灭系数(qN)与发育进程负相关,差异不显著(p>0.05).说明对马耳蕨配子体发育不同阶段荧光特性存在异质性,配子体随发育进程光能转化效率逐渐提高,光合能力逐渐增强.

Abstract:The chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of four development stages of Polystichum tsus-simense(Hook.) J.Smith gametophyte were studied.The results showed that parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence Fm,F0, Fv/Fm, F'v/F'm, Fv/F0, Yield and qP were significant positive correlated (p<0.001) to different development stages from germination to prothallus,while qN was negative correlated which did not show significant difference(p>0.05).These results suggested that the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics are heterogenous during different development stages of P.tsus-simense gametophyte.The efficiency of light energy conversion of PSⅡ reaction center and photosynthetic capacity gradually increase by development processing.
