摘    要:营运车辆是消耗自然资源和污染大气环境的群体,为此针对营运车辆重载率高,运输距离长,使用频率高,出现磨损、变形、腐蚀、位移等物理变化周期短等特征,制定技术法规,加强技术管理,使用先进检测诊断仪器设备和方法,实施周期性监控和维护,使其在有效使用寿命中始终维持原有性能,是确保道路运输安全,节能减排和降低运输成本的有效途径.就涉及车辆重要经济技术指标的动力性检测和评价中存在的误区进行了剖析,以求检测数据的真实性及评价的准确性.

Abstract:Vehicles for transportation are important means of modern logistics industry and basic resources of national economic constructions, whereas they cause depletion of natural resources and environmental pollution. Therefore, according to features of vehicles such as heavy load, long travelling distance, high using frequency, and short cycle of physical change of wear, deformation, corrosion and displacement, we are building up technical specification, strengthen technical management, make use of advanced examining instruments and methods, implement monitoring and maintenance, and maintain original performance in the life-span of vehicle service, which are effective ways to ensure transportation safety, energy saving, environmental protection, and transportation cost reduction. This paper analyzes the misunderstanding in dynamic property test and evaluation of the important economic and technical indexes of vehicles, in order to ensure truthfulness of the test and accuracy of the evaluation.
