网络环境下图书馆信息资源的保障

由于网络资源中的全信息数量有限，网络信息资源的开发利用缺乏规范和保障，数字化资源与传统印刷型献长期并存，因此，图书馆必须建立完善的献资源保障体系，充分利用网络资源，建设虚拟馆藏，提供导航服务，把握馆藏资源数字化与特色数据库建设的重点，促进现实馆藏和虚拟馆藏建设的有机统一。

The number of full text information of network resource is limited,the standard and guarantee of the development and usage of network information resource are scarce,the digital and printed documents exist side by side.Then,it is imperative for library to construct the China academic library and information system,use the network resource fully,develop fictitious resource,supply network navigat service,grasp the emphasis of library resource digitized and characteristic database construct,promote organic unity of the construction of reality and fictitious library collection.
