| 摘 要： | 新余市第六次党代会报告围绕建设全面小康新余的宏伟目标，首次概括和提炼出了以“开明开放、诚朴诚信、创新创先、和谐和睦”为内容的新余精神。新余精神的实质是城市精神。培育和弘扬新余精神有着重大的意义。概括和提炼城市精神，必须遵循若干基本原则。培育和弘扬新余精神必须强化主体，完善途径。

| Abstract: | The report of Sixth Party Congress of Xinyu city takes the building of a well - off Xinyu city in an all - round way as the macro objective and generalizes and puts forward the Xinyu spirit, that is, enlightenment and openness, honesty and frankness, innovation and pioneering, harmony and peacefulness. Its essence is the urban spirit. Cultivating and developing the spirit of Xinyu is of great significance. To generalize and summarize the urban spirit, it is necessary to follow basic principles and strengthen the subjects and perfect the approaches. |
