| 摘 要： | 论述了我国农业信息化过程中出现的问题,分析了国外发达国家的解决方案并针对我国现阶段的国情,提出了一个农业信息化的综合解决方案,并就方案中的农业短信平台进行了分析与设计.为了使系统具有高效率,可扩展性,以及更好的弹性,使用了多线程,多层架构,以及面向接口的设计原则.
