论农民工社会保障

目前．农民工约有1．2亿人。但是，农民工的社会保障不容乐观。做好农民工的社会保障工作，保护这一社会弱势群体、维护社会稳定、保证改革的顺利进行，是我国政府和社会当前的重要任务。建立农民工社会保障适应了我国社会结构转型的需要，它兼顾了公平与效率，有利于城市社会保障体系的改革，是科学发展观的必然要求。

On the Rural-Urban Migrant-laborers' Social Security

There are 120 million rural-urban migrant-laborers in China at present,but the social security of them isn't optimistic.It's an important task for our government and society to do it well in order to protect the social vulnerable groups,to maintain social stability,and to gurantee the reform success.Establishing the rural-urban migrant-laborers social security is the need of the scientific development view,which will adapt our social structure transformation,give attention to both equity and efficiency and be helpful to the reform of the social security system in the cities.
