摘    要:以激光微造型活塞环表面为研究对象,建立表面具有规则微观抛物面凹腔结构的数学模型.利用变异多重网格法对该模型进行数值求解,得到活塞环-缸套间最小油膜厚度和无量纲平均摩擦力变化曲线,分析微凹腔半径对活塞环润滑性能的影响.分析结果表明:最小油膜厚度随微凹腔半径增大而明显变厚,无量纲平均摩擦力随微凹腔半径增大而减小,但在进排气冲程中,无量纲平均摩擦力的减小不明显;在压缩做功冲程中,无量纲平均摩擦力的减小显著,当凹腔半径rp从20 μm变化到70 μm时,无量纲平均摩擦力最多减小了68.7%.
