河北省大学生自主创业调查与分析

目前,我国高校大学生创业工作处于起步阶段。大学生创业面临诸多因素制约,如实际工作能力不足,创业团队缺乏合作精神、专业知识掌握不扎实、创业机会的识别与捕捉能力差、实践经验不足、缺乏社会关系、面对激烈竞争心理承受能力不足等。实现以创业带动就业的战略,必须采取以下措施:强化政府职能部门的主导作用,发挥高等院校教育主阵地作用;推动家庭成为大学生创业的坚实后盾;大学生创业者本身要自强不息。

Research and Analysis on the Entrepreneurship of Undergraduates in Hebei Province

Currently, entrepreneurship of the undergraduates in Hebei is still in its primary stage. They confront with many difficulties in the process of entrepreneurship, e.g. inadequacy of working ability, lack of team spirit, no solid foundation of professional knowledge, poor ability to recognize and seize the opportunity of entrepreneurship, inefficient practical exporienees, lack of social relationships and poor psychological adjustment ability. The following measures must be taken to promote employment mechanism, e.g. intensifying the leading function of government departments, playing a major and educational role of colleges and universities, advocating that family serves as a solid backing for entrepreneurship and encouraging the undergraduates to strive constantly.
