掘进巷道瓦斯涌出规律及通风机参数优选

摘    要:利用巷道测定法对新安煤矿3上201运输巷掘进期间煤壁和落煤瓦斯涌出规律进行了现场实测,并通过理论分析建立了掘进煤巷瓦斯涌出量与巷道掘进长度和掘进速度的关系式,测定了煤巷瓦斯排放极限长度并据此计算出掘进巷道在掘进过程中的最大瓦斯涌出量,进而确定了巷道最大需风量,以此为依据进行了巷道局部通风机通风参数的优选.

Abstract:By using the lane testing method, the author did the site measurement on the gas emission rules of the coal wall and the drop at tunnel 3, transport lane 201, Xin' an coal mine while excavating. By theoretical analysis, the author built up the relationship among the gas emission of the excavation lane, the excavating length and the driving speed. The author measured the maximum length of lane gas emission and calculated out the maximum amount of gas emission at excavation lane during the excavating process and further determined the maximum required air volume. On the basis of the above, the author did the optimization of the local fan ventilation parameters.
