摘    要:在系统失效不能立即被处理、须等到下次预防维修时刻才能被处理的前提下,研究了一类依赖于临界可靠度R和预防维修次数阀值N的二元预防维修策略.利用相关原理,得出了各种可靠性指标,并建立了系统平均费用关于R和N的函数表达式.同时,利用图像搜索法得出了一实际数值例子的最优维修策略,在此最优策略下系统单位时间平均费用最小.

Abstract:A bivariate preventive repair policy(R,N) is discussed , where R is the critical reliability and N is the largest number of preventive repairs. It is assumed that the system will not be replaced immediately when it fails, but will be replaced in the next preventive maintenance time, which is called failure waiting time. The aim is to determine an optimal mixed policy which minimizes the average cost rate . Finally, optimal mixed policy of an actual numerical example is estab-lished by image search method.
