摘    要:在长线传输的热电阻测量过程中,长线传输带来的附加误差和电路工作环境变化带来的附加误差远远超过了热电阻本身的误差。提出一种基于四线制电阻信号传输的自校正电阻测量法,解决了长线传输及电路工作环境变化带来的附加误差。自校正电阻测量法是通过比较三组测量信号的相对大小求得待测电阻值,从而能保证在较恶劣的外界环境下取得较高精度的测量结果。系统中设计的数字滤波功能,能有效地抑制高频干扰和工频干扰。该方法已在中微子探测器稳定性监控中得到了实际应用,效果较好。
