地方高校科研团队建设的问题与对策

Local scientific research team is the local treasure house of knowledge resources,the power station of promoting academic development and innovation of science and technology the main force of boosting local economy,science and technology.However,some problems exist in construction of local university scientific research team;for example,the current development system remains immature,operation structure unreasonable and so on.The paper,on the basis of locating the right position,analyzes the existing problems as well as their causes,and put forward countermeasures of constructing a new university scientific research team.
