自适应边缘检测最大似然分割算法

由于SAR图像中存在较强的乘性斑点噪声 ,给SAR图像分割造成很大困难。研究了分割SAR图像用的最大似然区域增长分割算法 ,并提出在分割前先利用自适应边缘检测方法获得边缘图 ,然后利用边缘图对图像进行初始分割。理论分析和获得的分割结果证明 ,引入自适应边缘检测后 ,不但在图像的均匀区域能更好地抑制斑点而且可以更好地保持图像的结构信息 ,图像分割效果得到明显改善。

Maximum Likelihood Region Merging Segmentation Algorithm for Adaptive Edge Detection

The multiplicative nature of the speckle noise in SAR images has been a big problem in SAR image segmentation. The maximum likelihood region merging segmentation algorithm is studied and employed in this paper. And an adaptive edge detection procedure is introduced into the algorithm here to obtain an edge image before the region merging processing, so that the edge image can be used as the guide for the primary segmentation. The theoretical analysis and segmentation experiment reveal a better segmentation performance of the improved algorithm with the adaptive edge detection involved in.
