| 摘 要： | 科技计划项目全流程管理信息平台包括科技项目库、应用基础平台、网上信息采集平台、综合业务处理平台等主要内容的开发建设，将建成一个覆盖全市科技管理行政范畴内的科技业务管理体系，连接内网和外网，实现“外网接收，内网处理”的业务模式，满足项目管理过程规范处理的实际业务需要。

| Abstract: | Science and technology project process management information platform involves the design and development of the science and technology project library, application platform, network information collection platform, comprehensive service platform as the main content of science and technology project process management information platform construction. It aims to build a science and technology management system covering the city science and technology administration category, connecting internal network and external network, the realization of ＂extranet receiving, Intranet processing＂ business model, to meet the project management process standardization of the actual business needs. |
