人血清中酯酶及过氧化物酶电泳谱研究

摘    要:要采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳法,分离并获得了不同人群血清中酯酶及过氧化物酶同工酶.实验结果表明高血脂、高血糖人与正常人的同工酶带,在酶的带数及活力上都有明显的差异.高血糖、高血酯人血清中的过氧化物酶酶带比正常人的酶带多.活力高;而高血酯人血清中的酯酶酶带比正常人的酶带少,活力低.

Abstract:The isoenzyme of esterase and peroxidase from human serum were separated and gained by vertical plate electrophoresis with polyacrylamide gel. The experimental results indicated that isoenzymatic zymogram in human serum from the normal human, the hyperlipidemia human and the hyperglycemia human were different. The amounts and activities of enzymatic bands were obviously different. The amounts and activities of peroxidase bands in serum from the hyperlipldemla and the hyperglycemia human were more and higher than those from the normal human, and that the amounts and activities of esterase bands in serum from the hyperlipidemia human were less and lower than those from the normal human.
