液压挖掘机动力学研究

摘    要:通过对液压挖掘机在工作过程中工作装置所受到的力和运动之间关系的研究,对液压系统液体流动和工作装置运动分别对挖掘力的影响作出了定量分析,并建立了相应的数学模型。关键在于根据能量守恒定律,解决了不能直接用动静法研究因惯性力所引起的冲击载荷问题,并推导出两种计算动载荷(或瞬息力)的公式,使液压挖掘机在工作过程中可能出现的最大瞬息力的取值有了理论依据

Abstract:By means of investigating the relation between the motion and the forces on the operating mechanism of hydraulic excavator,the quantitative analysis and mathematic model of the digging force have been given here.The effect of liquid flow of the hydraulic system and motion of the operating mechanism on digging force is considered.The most important developmet in this paper is that the impact load caused by inertia force is determined according to energy conservation.This problem,as we know,can not be solved with the static dynamic method.Two formulae for calculating dynamic load,or transient force,are derived.Thus,the maximum transient force which could be possibly presented in the operation of hydraulic excavator can be calculated theoretically.The formulae can also be used to design operating mechanism or even hydraulic excavator itself.
