摘    要:探讨了吡啶—2.6—二羧酸纸上荧光法测定痕量铕、铽的最佳条件与各种影响。实验结果表明:利用本方法可测定分别低于18ng的痕量Eu~(3+)、Tb~(3+),检测限分别达到0.5、1.9ng,线性关系良好,且相互不干扰。将该法应用于人工合成试样中Eu~(3+)、Tb~(3+)的测定,回收率在92~110%之间,相对标准偏差均小于6.7%。

Abstract:A method for determining Eu~(3+),Tb~(3+) with pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylic acid by fluorimetry using filter paper as the substrate isr eported. The optimal conditions of the fluorimetric determination and the influence of coexistent rare earth are studied. The detection limit is 1.9(Tb~(3+)) and 0.5ng(Eu~(3+)),respectively. Calibration curves are linear in the range of 0-18ng.
