摘    要:运用人工神经网络方法研究了卡巴醌(Carboquone)系列药物对用L-1201白血病细胞接种的小鼠延长生命的活性,与传统的回归方法进行比较,可得到更为精确的结果,并且在活性预测方面有很好的效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the method of Artificial Neural Network is used to study the activity of derivatives of Carboquone, prologing the life of mouse inoculated against L 1201 Leukaemic cell. And comparison with the method of traditional regression is also performed. It is also successful in forecasting the activity of unknown compound.
