泵头体自增强超高压密封技术研究

摘    要:泵头体自增强通过引入残余应力来提高其结构强度和疲劳寿命.针对泵头体受自增强压力、内腔结构和加工工艺限制,难以实现超高压密封的问题,通过泵头体自增强密封技术特点分析,提出了软硬密封相结合的自紧密封方案.对锥面硬密封进行接触弹塑性有限元计算与分析,得到了最佳半锥角和圆角半径值.并提出泵头体超高压锥面密封的半锥角选择原则:低压确保建立稳定密封,超高压时应具有高结构强度.最后采用缩比模型实验验证了泵头体超高压密封结构合理、密封可靠性、结构强度足够,为泵头体自增强技术提供了超高压密封理论与实验依据.

Abstract:The residual stress was introduced to improve the structure strength and fatigue life of pump head by autofrettage. According to the problem that difficult to achieve ultrahigh pressure sealing for pump unit because of the autofrettage pressure, structure and processing technology limited, a self-tight sealing solution which combination the soft and hard seal was put forward by the method of autofrettage sealing technology characteristic analysis. On cone hard sealing contact elastic-plastic finite element analysis, the best half cone Angle and radius value ware obtained, and the selection principles of half cone Angle of ultrahigh pressure cone seal ware proposed: low pressure to ensure a stable sealing, ultrahigh pressure should be with high structural strength. Finally, the shrinkage ratio model experiment verified the rationality and reliability of the pump head body ultrahigh pressure sealing structure. This research provides a theoretical and experimental basis for ultrahigh pressure seal of pump head autofrettage.
