吉林油田注水系统结垢趋势预测

摘    要:针对吉林油田注水系统的特点,对碳酸盐垢,硫酸盐垢的结垢趋势分别进行了理论预测,同时对实验室仿真模拟实验中的结垢样品进行了X射线衍射分析,理论预测结果表明,吉林油田注水系统中可能会形成碳酸盐垢而不会形成硫酸盐垢,理论预测和实验室仿真实验完全相符,为吉林油田注水系统选择合适的阻垢剂提供了依据。

Abstract:The tendency to deposit carbonate, sulphate of Jilin oil field water is predicted. The result has been shown that carbonate scale and iron compound scale may be formed, but sulphate scale can not be produced in water injection system. The scales on the specimens in lab were identified by using X ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The predication and XRD coincide very well. The paper provides a reference for Jilin oil field to select proper scale inhibitors.
