西部民族地区城镇化与全面小康社会建设

中国未来 2 0年的主要目标是建设一个惠及十几亿人的全面小康社会 ,而这必然离不开幅员辽阔的西部民族地区的小康。西部民族地区由于其受到种种原因的限制 ,在全面小康建设中面临着更加艰巨的任务。其中城镇化的滞后在许多方面制约了西部民族地区的小康建设。因此加速推进城镇化进程是西部民族地区全面小康社会建设的有效途径。

Urbanization in the Western Minority Areas and Construction of a Well-off Society in an All-round Way

The major goal of China in the coming 20 years is to build a well-off society in an all-round way which will benefit the 1.3 billion people. And this cannot be achieved without the richness of the western minority areas. Because of various restrictive factors the western minority areas are challenged with tougher tasks. The lagging situation of urbanization has restricted the construction of the western minority areas in many aspects. Therefore to accelerate the urbanization of the western minority areas is an effective way in building a well-off society in an all-round way.
