| 摘 要： | 根据已发表猪2型圆环病毒PCV2序列设计两对特异性扩增引物对福建龙岩市某规模化猪场疑似PCV2感染病例进行PCV2的检测与全基因组克隆,经测序与序列拼接,获得了PCV2福建株全基因组序列PCV2-LY.序列分析结果表明,PCV2-LY全长1767 bp,与国内外各分离株同源性在95.1 %-98.0%之间,ORF1氨基酸同源性在97.1%-99.6%之间,而ORF2氨基酸同源性在92.7%-99.1%之间

| Abstract: | Based on the published PCV2 sequences,two sets of primers are used to amplify genomic fragments of PCV2 isolated from swine farm suspected to have been suffered from PCV2 in Longyan,Fujian Province of China.A complete genomic sequence named PCV2-LY is obtained after compiling the two fragments sequences.Sequence analysis shows that the sequence of PCV2-LY is 1767bp in length and has 95.1%-98.0% similarity to that of other PCV2 isolates.The homology analysis shows that the two major ORFs of PCV2-LY,namely ORF1 and ORF2,have 97.1%-99.6% and 92.7%-99.1% similarity respectively to that of other PCV2 isolates. |
