摘    要:在激光拉曼光谱对物质定性检测的基础上,开发了拉曼光谱对无机盐溶液定量检测的创新型实验,应用于本科实验教学,以构建多层次拉曼光谱实验教学体系。通过该实验的开展,不仅可加深学生对拉曼光谱检测原理的理解,而且可培养学生的发散思维能力,同时突出学生创新能力的培养。

Abstract:On the basis of Raman spectroscopy qualitatively determining the compound, an innovative experiment for quantitative detection of the inorganic salt solution by Raman was built in this paper for the undergraduate experimental teaching, to construct a hierarchical experiment teaching system. The experiment can effectively deepen the student's understanding of the Raman detection principle and cultivate their divergent thinking ability, especially their creative thinking ability.
