| 摘 要： | “三农”问题的核心是农民问题，农民问题的核心在于增收，农民增收的主要途径之一是进城务工。由于种种因素，进城农民工的权益受到剥夺、损害，而维护农民工的权益对于促进农民增收，缩小城乡差距，构建和谐社会有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。 |

| Abstract: | Problems concening farmers are the crux of problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The increase of income of farmers is the key to the problem conceming farmers.One of the main ways of increasing farmers'income is allowing farmers to go into the cities to get employed.Owing to all kinds of factors,the rights and interests of rural workers often get deprived and infringed upon,however,to safeguard the rights and interests of rural workers has profoundly realistic and far-reaching historic signficance on increasing the income of farmers,narrowing the gap between cities and rural areas,and constructing a harmonious society. |
