摘    要:为将烟厂正常生产过程中产生的含尘气体高效净化,达到直接在车间就地排放的要求,采用以液体作为除尘媒介的新式空气净化器,使排放气体的灰尘质量浓度符合国家室内空气标准(2mg/m3)的规定。结果表明:经这种空气净化器处理后,除尘器出口的灰尘平均质量浓度为1.1mg/m3。

Abstract:To purify efficiently the dust gas produced in normal production of the cigarette factory to reach the requirement of direct emission in-place of the workshop, this paper adopts a new model of air purifier with liquid as the dedusting medium, which makes the dust density of the emission gas meet the provision of national indoor air quality standards (2mg/m3). The results show that the average dust density at the exit of the dust catcher is 1.1mg/m3 after the treatment of this new model of liquid dust catche...
