成膜温度对磺化聚醚醚酮质子交换膜性能的影响

摘    要:以浓硫酸为磺化试剂制备相同磺化度的磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK),采用等体积的水/醇混合溶剂通过溶液成膜的方法制备SPEEK质子交换膜,采用交流阻抗法、扩散池法评价膜的质子传导能力和阻醇性能,探讨溶液成膜温度对质子交换膜性能的影响规律。结果表明,采用水/醇混合物为溶剂的质子交换膜,随着成膜温度的提高,膜的吸水率、溶胀率、质子电导率和甲醇渗透率均降低。

Abstract:Sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) with the same sulfonation degree has been prepared using concentrated sulfuric acid as sulfonated reagent. The SPEEK proton exchange membrane was obtained through solution casting using water/al cohol mixed solvent. The proton conductivity was evaluated by AC impedance method and methanol permeability was evaluated by diffusion cell method. The effect of film-forming temperature on the properties of the proton exchange membranes is dis- cussed. The results indicate that the water uptake, swelling ratio, proton conductivity and methanol permeability of the mere branes all decreased with the increase of the film-forming temperature.
