摘    要:研究了在超临界二氧化碳中的卤素交换氟化反应,以对氯苯甲醛(PCAD)为原料,通过亲核取代反应,在添加助溶剂的超临界二氧化碳中合成对氟苯甲醛。研究结果表明:氟化剂、反应时间、反应压力、超临界二氧化碳及其助溶剂对反应结果有重要影响;四丁基氟化铵为氟化剂,甲醇为助溶剂,在反应时间为4h,反应压力为9MPa时,产物对氟苯甲醛的收率可以达到48.1%。

Abstract:The study of halogen exchange fluorination reaction was carried out in a supercritical fluid (SCF).4-fluorobenzaldehyde was prepared by nucleophilic substitution of 4-chlorobenzaldehyde (PCAD)with a fluoride ion in supercritical carbon dioxide with the cosolvent.The results show that the fluorinating agents,reaction time,reaction pressure,supercritical carbon dioxide and its cosolvent have significant influence on the reaction.Using the tetrabutylammonium fluoride as the fluorinating agent,the yield of 4-fluorobenzaldehyde can reach 48.1% when the reaction pressure is at 9 MPa,the reaction time is 4 h and the cosolvent is methanol.
