摘    要:为了降低微型磁通门功耗对微型磁通门的结构进行优化设计,通过仿真方法研究了微型磁通门的铁芯形状及绕线方式对磁通门激励电流和输出信号的影响。对缩比结构微型磁通门进行改进,提出一种采用多孔铁芯结合激励线圈/感应线圈交错缠绕的微型磁通门结构,可以有效降低微型磁通门传感器的激励电流从而降低磁通门功耗。与已报道的经过优化设计的缩比结构微型磁通门相比,引起的漏磁较小,能更有效地降低激励电流并提高灵敏度。

Abstract:The effect of core shape and winding way on the excitation current and output voltage are studied for micro-fluxgate structure optimization to reduce the power consumption.The contracted core structure of micro-fluxgate is improved.Then,a new porous core structure combined with the interleaved winding excitation coil and induction coil is designed.With this struc-ture,the excitation current of the micro-fluxgate sensor can be reduced effectively,indicating that the power consumption of the fluxgate can be reduced.Compared with reported contracted core structures,the magnetic flux leakage of our structure is smal-ler,and performance on excitation current and sensitivity of fluxgate is improved effectively.
