| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨运动－组胺激发试验（EHIA）对支气管哮喘的诊断价值。方法：对20例健康者，118例支气管哮喘，22例过敏性鼻炎，24例慢性支气管炎患者进行运动－组胺激发试验，并与单纯运动激发试验及组胺激发试验进行比较。结果：运动－组胺激发试验对哮喘患者的诊断阳性率达97．4％，特异性100％，且EHIA阳性所吸入的组胺量也邮哮喘患者非特异性气道高反应性，结论：运动－组胺激发试验对提高早期或非典型支气管哮喘的确诊具有应用价值。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the diagnotic value of Exercise Histamine Induced Asthma(EHIA) for bronchial asthma. Methods: EHIA was deteced in 20 cases of health, 118 cases of bronchial asthma, 22 cases of allergic rhinitis and 24 cases of chronic bronchitis persons, and compared with the examination of exerxise induced asthma or histamine induced asthma. Results: Showed the diagnosis positive rate of asthma patients by EHIA was 97.4%, which was 100% specially. And the amount of histamine inhaled by EHIA positive patients also expressed their nonspecial bronchial hyperresponsiveness. Conclusion: EHIA was of big value in diagnosis for the early or nontypical cases of bronchial asthma. |
